Prince, Jr., Esq. presents for the New Jersey Society of CPAs-Somerset County Chapter on December 9, 2023.  Gary presents on Federal Estate, Gift and Generation-Skipping Transfer tax updates, The Secure Act, New Jersey Inheritance Tax update, properly structuring an estate plan with a Will and/or Revocable trust including issues associated with serving as an Executor or Trustee, how to advise clients to avoid the pitfalls of family litigation regarding tax and estate matters, properly advising corporate clients regarding entity agreements, including related income tax concerns and tax planning with irrevocable life insurance trusts.  The program will be in-person hosted at the Pines Manor, 2085 Lincoln Highway, Edison, New Jersey.
